1. Returns In case of pet products, we only accept returns if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product received is incorrect.
- The seal of the product is unopened.
2. Return Window You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the package.
3. Refunds Once we receive the images or videos of the product to be returned, we will inspect it and issue the return. On receiving the returned product, we will issue the refund within 5-7 working days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale.”
5. Shipping Costs for Returns If you received the wrong item, we will pay for return shipping.
