1. Returns In case of pet products, we only accept returns if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product received is incorrect.
2. Return Window You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the package.
3. Refunds Once we receive the images or videos of the product to be returned on support@horizonaquarium.com, we will inspect it and issue the return. On receiving the returned product, we will issue the refund within 5-7 working days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used products.
- Products which are damaged after it is delivered.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, we will pay for return shipping.
